This comprehensive 6-month clinical fellowship offers advanced, hands-on training in:
- Robotic-assisted joint replacement surgery (knee and hip).
- Direct Anterior Approach (DAA) hip replacement.
- Arthroscopy of the knee, hip, and shoulder.
- Sports injury management and rehabilitation.
Conducted at Narayana Orthopaedic & Spine Center in association with Meril Health, this program immerses fellows into the day-to-day working of a high-volume orthopedic surgical unit.

Who Should Apply?
Orthopedic postgraduates (MS/ DNB/ Diploma holders) looking to:
- Specializing in robotic and minimally invasive orthopaedic techniques.
- Gain real-world surgical and patient care experience.
- Build a strong foundation in sports injuries and arthroscopy.
- Prior exposure to orthopedics is preferred
Fellowship Structure
- Duration: 6 months full-time.
- Location: Narayana Orthopaedic & Spine Center, Bangalore.
- Mode: Hands-on clinical + surgical + academic training.
- Stipend: ₹50,000 per month.
- Schedule: Daily OT participation, OPD evaluations, ward rounds, physiotherapy sessions, and case discussions.
Sports Medicine Consultation and Care Procedure
- Medical History and Physical Examination.
- Assess your injury, pain levels, and physical condition.
- Imaging (X-rays, MRIs) to diagnose the injury or condition.
- Comprehensive Diagnosis based on your symptoms and imaging results.
- Treatment Plan Discussion: A personalized plan to manage and treat your injury.
- Non-surgical Options: Physical therapy, rehabilitation, and strengthening exercises.
- Minimally Invasive Procedures: Joint injections, PRP therapy, or stem cell treatments if needed.
- Recovery and Rehabilitation: Tailored exercise and rehab programs to improve mobility and strength.
- Follow-ups: Regular monitoring to track progress and adjust treatment plans.
- Return to Activity: Safe progression back to sports or physical activity.
